6, 7 and 8 October we are celebrating the 5th Anniversary of the Experimental Gastronomy. For this special occasion we will showcase our 5 years retrospective exhibition. An intriguing array of conceptual, yet usable tableware and cutlery pieces by more than 50 artists and jewellery designers commissioned for events in Amsterdam, Basel, Berlin, Saratoga and Zurich will, for the first time, be presented outside the dinner happenings. For this special occasion we invited acclaimed chefs Kristian Baumann (108, Copenhagen), Daniel Burns (Luksus, New York) and Andreas Rieger (einsunternull, Berlin) to each serve an entirely plant-based menu created with local, seasonal and organic ingredients using extraordinary cutlery and tableware crafted by 25 artists.
